01 Introduction and Acceptance

ph361 supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and selected cryptocurrency methods including Bitcoin and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the current payment method schedule published on the Platform, which may be updated periodically.

Deposit processing: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard Philippine interbank processing times. ph361 does not charge players transaction fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own fees, for which ph361 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal processing: All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to anti-fraud review. ph361 aims to process approved withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya within fifteen (15) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to two (2) business days subject to bank processing schedules. ph361 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds or exhibit patterns inconsistent with normal recreational play.

• Players may only withdraw funds to payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

05 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section and to any specific terms communicated at the time each promotion is offered. In the event of conflict between general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph361 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) any damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security; (d) interruptions to Platform availability caused by maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or force majeure events; or (e) any loss arising from your reliance on information contained on the Platform.

ph361's total aggregate liability to any player under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to the Platform during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

ph361 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any bonus balance outstanding at the time of account closure will be forfeited.

Termination by ph361: ph361 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if ph361 reasonably determines that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your account is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct; (c) you have provided false or misleading information; (d) you are found to be under 21 years of age; (e) continued operation of your account poses a regulatory, reputational, or legal risk to ph361; or (f) you are in a jurisdiction where ph361 is prohibited from offering services.

Where an account is terminated by ph361 for breach of these Terms, ph361 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where it is determined that funds were obtained through prohibited conduct, such funds will be forfeited.

12 Amendments to These Terms

ph361 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph361 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date stated in the notification.

Your continued use of the ph361 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and ph361, you agree to first contact ph361's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the dispute to the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, to whose exclusive jurisdiction both parties irrevocably submit.

ph361's decisions regarding game outcomes, account status, bonus eligibility, and technical malfunction are final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process described in this section.
